In the morning, when the sun is rising,

    In the evening, after 6 pm

    •  Your digestive fire drops almost by 70% and is very weak.
    • Eating a big dinner will only lead to indigestion and the buildup of AMA, or undigested metabolic waste and toxins, in your body.
    • It’s best to have a small dinner, like a bowl of soup and boiled vegetables.
